SWINDON College's plastering courses have won a prestigious award from the Worshipful Company of Plasterers.
The award, for the highest percentage of student passes in the southern region, shows the high quality of work produced by the College students.
Lecturer Steve Southern said: "This award from the Worshipful Company is the highest praise our students can receive. It shows that they have achieved real excellence in all aspects of plastering work."
The Worshipful Company of Plasterers is one of the ancient livery companies of the City of London. It celebrated the 500th anniversary of receiving its first charter earlier this year. This is the second year of its awards that recognise the highest arts and skills of the plastering craft.
