CAR owners were left with bills running into hundreds of pounds after their tyres were slashed.
Cars parked in Stockwood Road, Fairfoot Close, and Westerleigh Close in Chippenham were attacked on Saturday night.
All four tyres on a Honda Accord, parked in Stockwood Road, were cut, causing £250 damage. A Honda Civic in Fairfoot Close suffered £180 damage.
Two cars in Westerleigh Close were attacked, causing £100 damage. Two near side tyres on a Rover 416 were slashed in Stockwood Road.
A Renault Laguna had one tyre worth £50 slashed in Westerleigh Close. In the same road, a Rover 416, a Vauxhall Vectra and a Daewoo all suffered damage to tyres, worth between £30 and £80.
In Queen's Crescent, a Vauxhall Astra had all four tyres slashed, causing £250 damage.
