Hellenic: Premier Division side Highworth Town will be in desperate need of three points from their Hellenic home game with Didcot Town this weekend.
Bottom club Cheltenham Saracens picked up their first win of the season in midweek, and are now just two points behind the Wiltshire side.
Highworth will be hoping that their 9-0 cup victory over Headington Amateurs in midweek will have given them confidence to start collecting some league points.
Manager Chris Seagraves said: "We have been playing a lot better lately. It is frustrating we play some good football at times and get beaten and the teams we play say they can't understand why we are at the bottom of the table.
"We just have to take our chances, get our confidence back into the side, and hopefully we can get a few good results.
"It's top priority to get three points against Didcot tomorrow, and I am sure the lads will be up for it after Tuesday night's cup victory."
Dave Webb and Pete Horwat will be back in action tomorrow, and new signing Wayne Fuller, who scored twice on his debut for the club in midweek, could make his first league appearance.
Fairford Town, who seem to play better away from home, visit Brackley Town, and need to get a result to keep them in contention at the top of the table.
Fairford boss Mark Webb said after his side's no score home draw with Wantage last week: "Teams visiting Cinder Lane seem to be putting the shutters up and putting everyone behind the ball and it's difficult to break through. But away from home we seem to find more room and our form on our travels is excellent."
Wootton Bassett, with a win and a draw from their last two league games, are at home to Abingdon United, and could well add another victory to their recent run.
The visitors are just above mid table, and will be no pushover, but Pete Yeardley's side will know it is important to pick up points at home and continue their climb up the table.
Purton have had an excellent season so far under former Cricklade boss Alan Clarke. They are second in the Division 1 table, six points behind unbeaten leaders Hook Norton with a game in hand. They entertain local rivals Cirencester United tomorrow, and despite having a couple of key players out through suspension, could still be good enough to master the Gloucestershire side and take all three points.
Shrivenham visit Ross Town, who have only lost two games so far this season, and it looks as though the home side may be too strong for the Hellenic newcomers.
Malmesbury Vics and Pewsey Vale are involved in Wiltshire Senior Cup ties. Malmesbury visit Wilts League Bradford Town, and Pewsey visit another Wilts League side in Marlborough Town.
