SWINDON: A star-studded Christmas is to be had this season at Early Learning Centre when children are urged to grab glitter, pens and paper and create star-shaped decorations to hang in the store. Children have the chance to win a prize if they spot their star in the window. And creating a star will also benefit the NSPCC as ELC will donate 10p for each star received.
