A SCHOOL in Swindon was transformed into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy to celebrate the wonderful world of books.
There were Harry Potters galore at Penhill Primary School as teachers and children dressed up as their favourite book characters on Friday, which was the culmination of the school's book week.
During the week, children were encouraged to read a variety of different books and learn more about their favourite authors while teachers got to practice their story telling skills.
Other characters included Tiger from Winnie The Pooh, Jar Jar Binks from Star Wars, and numerous ghosts and goblins, princesses, fairies and pirates.
On Friday, the school was filled with many weird and wonderful characters - although Harry Potter look-alikes were certainly the flavour of the day.
