DANNY DONEGAN and a rival consortium member will come face to face at a Swindon Town Supporters' Trust meeting on Thursday.
The ousted chairman will be given 15 minutes to 'state his case'.
Cliff Puffett or Bob Holt will speak for the consortium.
Once both sides have made their respective points, the meeting will be opened up to Trust members.
TrustSTFC vice-chairman Andy Ratcliffe said: "This is a good opportunity for Trust members to hear first hand how these two parties propose to take this football club forward.
"I just hope we have a constructive debate which puts some more meat on the bones from both groups.
"I should make it clear this is a private Trust meeting rather than a public one, so people will only be able to attend if they join."
The meeting will start at 8pm in the executive lounge at the County Ground.
Before that, Trust members will join a human chain ringing Loftus Road tomorrow night.
The symbolic gesture, organised by QPR's supporters' trust, is designed to help protect the club from falling into the hands of property developers.
