VISITORS to Chippenham Library will be able to enjoy an evening of wine, women and song, thanks to a performance by the Hen Party trio.
The group will be presenting their unique view of women's lives during the 20th century at 7.30pm on November 27.
Heather Bradford, Sarah Morgan and Alison Muir will present a programme which they promise to be amusing, entertaining, poignant and thought provoking.
It will use a unique blend of vocal harmony, interwoven with a well chosen selection of poetry and prose.
Their repertoire includes American, English and Celtic material.
Hen Party has performed on local and national radio, and in clubs, festivals, theatres and halls throughout the country.
Since forming Hen Party, the women have quickly begun to be recognised as a leading harmony group, with star appearances at a number of major folk festivals.
Tickets, at £3.50, will be available from the library.
