VOLUNTARY Action West Wiltshire is holding an open meeting for anyone who would like to be involved in disability rights in the district.
The aim is to look at the needs of people living with a disability and give people the chance to say what they feel is needed in west Wiltshire.
Veronica McAndry, director of Voluntary Action West Wiltshire, said: "This is a very exciting opportunity for disabled people living in west Wiltshire to come together and sort out what they want to do.
"For too long the views of disabled people have been passed over or ignored and we want to establish a forum for people to take the disabled agenda forward and to make a real change."
The meeting is at Trowbridge Civic Centre on 9.30am to 3.30pm on December 5. Further details are on (01225) 358133 or (01225) 767993.
