CELEBRATIONS and rewards were the order of the day when the Royal British Legion, women's sections, held their annual Wiltshire county conference and prizegiving at the Trowbridge Civic Hall.
The Royal British Legion is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year and the women marked the occasion with a special cake.
Among the guests were speakers Maureen Cole, the national chairman, and Sarah Jones, widow of "H" the Falklands War hero, who spoke about work at the poppy factory.
