DANNY INVINCIBLE is looking forward to the challenge posed by Brighton after a poor showing on Wednesday night.
The 22-year-old was deeply unhappy with his own contribution at Loftus Road and just hopes he will have the opportunity to remedy the situation.
He said: "As I've said, my first touch against QPR was very poor and it was a poor performance.
"It certainly came close to matching our display at Chesterfield."
Invincible said Town's inconsistency was frustrating but the stop-start nature of the Second Division meant that no-one was disappearing out of sight.
He said: "Brighton have done really well this season but I don't believe they are unbeatable.
"It seems to be quite even in this division with everyone taking points off each other.
"We seem to perform better against the better sides and we will certainly need to be at our best to take anything from the Brighton match.
"But I'm confident we can do it. The boys have worked hard in training and really want to give the fans something to cheer about at the County Ground."
