CHIPPENHAM Town entertained Shaw and Whitley in the Wiltshire Times and News Mid-Wilts Youth and Minor League under 11s division and the game turned into a personal triumph for Jamie Harlow.
He scored all the goals as Chippenham went through with a 4-0 victory.
Trowbridge Town went one better against FC Chippenham with goals from Nick Gittins, Marcus Lewis, Paul Bastow, Tom Berringer and Danny Talbot.
Bradford on Avon travelled to Castle Combe Colts and were involved in an 11-goal thriller. They finally got the better of their hosts to win 7-4, with goals from William Thomas (2), Chris Tomkiss, Ben Hancock, David Cheshire, John Chapman and Edmund Wilkins.
Ten-man Melksham Park put up a spirited fight against Devizes Town before going down 7-1, with Nathan Trott scoring their consolation goal after John Hunter (2), Matthew Tilley (2), Alex Surman, Sam Meredith and an own goal had given the hosts the advantage.
Corsham Boys and Warminster Highbury brought forward their cup quarter-final from January. Home advantage finally told as Daniel Marshall (2), Tom Lye and Greg Chown scored for the hosts, with David Bowman and Liam Flowers replying.
Under 12s
WESTINGHOUSE Youth overcame the challenge of Shaw and Whitley B with a 6-0 victory, goals coming from Aaron Priestley (2), Craig Fisher, Jason Blackmore, Emilio Mudrak and an own goal.
Luke DiMario (3), James Hounsell (2), Tom Dignan and Carl Freeman scored the goals that saw Frome Collegians progress to the next round after a 13-goal thriller against gallant visitors Castle Combe Colts.
Shaw and Whitley A had better luck than their B team when they travelled to Crescent Park Rangers and won 11-0. Peter Tye led the way with four goals, followed by Will Fisher (2), Shawn Bennison (2), Ashley Maslin, Will Hibbert and Jordan Coulter.
Glynn Stutt (2), Ross McCance, Simon Roberts and Liam Brown all found the back of the Trowbridge Town net as Chippenham Town ran out 5-1 winners.
Liam Dawson and John Summers scored to take Calne into extra-time at Trowbridge Wanderers and with no additional scoring the tie was decided on penalties, with the home side taking the spoils 3-2.
Lavington Boys hosted neighbours Devizes Town and were made to suffer as their guests ran riot and won the tie 12-1. Aaron Rowles led the way with a hat-trick and doubles from Glenn Appleton, Simon Oldway and James Muir extended the lead that was completed by strikes from Liam McEnry, Marcus Rossi and an own goal. Jack Case replied with the home side's consolation goal.
Under 13s League Cup
CHIPPENHAM Town confirmed their higher league position with a comprehensive 8-0 win against Corsham Boys.
John McIlhinney and Jamie Fyle each scored twice, with Liam Wiggins, Nathan Phillimore, Stefan Klukowski and an own goal completing the total.
Hat-tricks from Luke Lewis and Daniel Noke enabled Salisbury Juniors to ease their way through to the next round at the expense of Calne Town, whose lone reply came from Paul Dixon.
Devizes Town hit the biggest score of the day when they over-ran Castle Combe Colts 18-0. Nic Eastham added to his growing reputation with another seven goals and the others came from Tom Slater (4), Ricky Franklin (2), Toby Godding, Daniel Sloan, Pat Preece, Luke Hopper and Tim Roberts.
Stratton Juniors kept up their hopes of collecting silverware with an 11-0 win against a gallant Corsham United.
Under Nines League Cup
MELKSHAM Park were on form, but missed their chances in their away game at FC Chippenham.
Chippenham took the lead then held out until the last few minutes when Melksham equalised through David Jones. The game went into extra-time, which failed to produce a winner, so the boys lined up for a penalty shoot-out. This tense decider saw Melksham Park overall winners with a 3-2 final score.
It was sadness and joy for Castle Combe Colts as their A team were drawn against their B team for this round. At the final whistle it was commiserations for the B side and congratulations for the A side as they go through on a 3-0 win.
Under 13s League Cup
RED Division Corsham Boys travelled to Blue Division Stratton Juniors in what turned out to be a one-way game.
In atrocious weather conditions Stratton ran the game but Corsham fought hard all the way never letting their heads drop. Stratton were the victors on the day with an 11-0 win.
Under 14s League Cup
SHAW'S first and second teams both saw cup action but only one goes into the hat for the next round.
Shaw first team were away to Bemerton Heath Harlequins and took a 2-1 lead into the second half. Bemerton drew level then took the lead early on in the second half and secured their place in the next round with three goals in the last few minutes of the game to finish 6-2 winners.
Liam Hynes, Craig Wheeler, Duncan Smith, Adam Jones and Joe Sanger (2) scored for the home side, with John Blackwell replying with two goals for Shaw.
Fortunes were reversed for Shaw's second at home to Corsham Boys. Shaw were much the stronger of the two in the first half, taking a decisive 5-1 lead at the break. Corsham's defence tightened in the second half, allowing the home side only one more goal but only managing one more themselves, leaving the game at 6-2 to Shaw.
Martin Garstang (2), Kristian Howell (2), Ashley Manners and Lee Davey scored for Shaw, with Sam Lye and Lee Touey replying for Corsham.
Westinghouse Youth turned their half time 3-2 advantage into a 4-2 final score in their away game against Melksham Park. Nick Rideout and Danny Rimmer scored for Melksham.
An exciting end-to-end game was played out between home side Castle Combe Colts and Shaw and Whitley. Shaw went ahead in the game from the penalty spot with Mike Gwyer equalising just before the break.
Shaw regained the lead before Nathan Pritchard brought the game level once more. Both sides battled it out for the remainder of the game then five minutes from the final whistle Shaw took the lead for the third time and the game at 3-2.
Devizes Town Youth booked their place in the next round following their 3-1 away win against Durrington Rangers.
Under 15s League Cup
THE game between home side Chippenham Town Rangers and Malmesbury stood all square at 3-3 at the final whistle sending this game into a golden goal situation in extra-time.
Within five minutes Malmesbury scored that golden goal to finish 4-3 winners. Lewis Springett, Luke Gullick and David Nolan scored for Chippenham.
The final score between home side Devizes Town Youth and Shaw and Whitley stood all square at 2-2, sending the game into extra-time and a golden goal situation.
In the last minute of the first period Nathan Moffat scored his second goal for the home side and the winner for Devizes. Devizes' other scorer was Ashley Rake, with Matty Smith and Jason Lock replying for Shaw.
South Newton and Wishford ran out 9-1 home winners in their tie against Pewsey Vale, Kriss Hooker scoring for Pewsey.
FC Chippenham proved strong for the Red Division Melksham Park, running out 14-0 home victors.
Corsham Boys ran out 7-2 winners away to Salisbury Juniors with Warren Jones (3), Owen Cranshaw, Shane Mitchell and Scott Flemming (2) scoring for Corsham and with Boxall and Coombes replying for Salisbury.
Under 16s League Cup
FC CHIPPENHAM ran out winners in their away tie against Calne Town Youth with the narrowest of margins in a game that could have gone either way.
With the wind at their backs Chippenham took the lead through Alex Orledge mid-way through the first half. Chippenham faced the storm in the second half but managed to keep a clean sheet for a 1-0 final score.
FC Chippenham were 4-1 winners away to Pewsey Vale. It was an evenly fought game throughout, with both sides creating an even amount of chances, but it was Pewsey who were left to rue their misses. Lee Anteney (3) and Jamie Mullins scored for Chippenham.
Under 14s Red Division
IN a good all-round team performance, Zahir Bhatia, Nick Smith (2) and Ben Crame (2) all scored for Marlborough Town in their 5-0 win over Trowbridge Town Youth.
Marlborough are now just one point behind leaders Bemerton.
Under 17s Division
LAVINGTON Boys' 2-1 half-time advantage was equalled by visitors Salisbury Juniors in the second half, leaving the final score all square at 3-3.
James Cullip (2) and Adam Slater scored for Lavington, with Ashley Kenyon (2) and Matty Baker replying for Salisbury.
