DEVIZES Guardians, the group which has led the protest against changes in the Market Place, is preparing a video documenting the effects of the alterations, especially the felling of three London plane trees.
Businessman Keith Bulson videoed the destruction of the trees at 6am on October 7. He says the film shows that Kennet council officers were there at the time.
The video also captures the replanting of four replacement plane trees.
Mr Bulson said: "We are showing the things which have gone wrong as well as those that have turned out right. But I have to say there are more things wrong."
The congestion in the Market Place following the removal of parking spaces, and the confusion over traffic movement around the new bus island are shown as well as the controversial placing of a bus shelter in front of Parnella House, a listed building.
He also filmed the public meeting called by Devizes Guardians at the Corn Exchange on November 8.
It shows councillors Jim Thorpe, Pat Rugg and the Mayor, Ray Parsons, giving their opinions on the situation. Speakers from the floor are also included.
The video is being edited by Brian Taylor of Urchfont-based Jever Films.
