DEVIZES Rugby Club's mini and midi sections travelled to St Mary's Old Boys, Bristol for a series of matches.
The under sevens played two matches against the hosts, with Joe Mehaffy and Callum Conway each scoring a hatful of tries. Henry Balls, Joseph Diddams, Charlie Paget and Daniel Tyler all performed well for the visitors.
Toby Baker, Toby Fleming, Freddy Marlow and Tom Whitney shared 13 tries as Devizes under eights took on both St Mary's and Thornbury over a series of four matches. Gillie Sutcliffe also scored a try on his debut.
Henry Marlow's mazy run and try helped the under nines to a 5-5 draw with St Mary's, before a George Potter try helped them to a 5-0 victory over Thornbury.
Devizes under tens went down by five tries to one in a tough encounter with St Mary's, with Peter Thomson on the mark for the visitors. A Daniel Case effort then helped the Wiltshire club secure a 5-5 draw with Thornbury.
Two tries from Luke Fowler helped Devizes under 11s to a 25-5 victory over the host club. Jamie Mayland, Rory Brown and Craig Sutcliffe were also among the tries.
The under 12s were also successful in their clash with St Mary's, winning by two tries to one.
Ollie Brassington capped a fine display with both tries, while Josh Gould weighed in with a conversion.
