PUPILS had a magical Harry Potter day at Princecroft School, Warminster.
The children all dressed as characters from the famous books written by JK Rowling.
Young wizards ran around with their broomsticks, played wacky games throughout the morning and designed special chocolate frog cards.
As part of their lessons this term the primary school compared the book to the blockbuster film.
The pages came to life in the afternoon, when pupils watched Harry Potter in the cinema.
After pulling themselves away from the seats they went back to class and wrote their very own chapter for the book.
Teacher Alison Mills said: "I dressed up as Professor McGonagall and wore a grey cloak. It was a wonderful day and everyone had a fantastic time.
"Some thought the film was as good as the book, but some didn't. "
