Southern Refining Services, based at Membury Airfield, faces a prosecution brought by the Environment Agency tomorrow (Wednesday).
The firm faces 11 charges relating to an incident on May 31 last year. Its director, Richard Tripp, faces nine charges.
The allegations relate to claims that potentially cancer causing chemicals were leaked into surface water drains which could have contaminated soil, air and groundwater next to the M4, threatening public drinking water.
