CHILDREN from Malmesbury Primary School have made a display of Christmas puddings to mark the start of Children's Cancer Awareness Month.
The puddings are on display in the front window of The Cancer Research Campaign shop in the town's high street.
Twenty five and six year olds and youngsters from the school's reception class, made the puddings in Christmas craft clubs at the school, which Carolyn Rogers and Helen King helped to run.
Some of the Christmas puddings have been made in to collages, while others are 3D models.
The puddings have been placed around the shop, and in the front window, alongside other items being sold as part of the fundraising month.
The shop's manager, Liz Lockstone, said the children have done a terrific job.
"They are part of our Christmas decorations and they look terrific," she said.
Louise Steel, a reception class teacher and charities co-ordinator, said: "The children are very happy and we have taken photographs to put up in the school.
"We have told them they can see the display in the town and they are all very proud."
