CORSHAM Town's victory over Shepton Mallet on Saturday 1 December was special for young supporter Thomas Page.
The eight-year-old, who is a regular at The Southbank, led Mark Godley's side onto the field before their Les Phillips Cup clash with Shepton Mallet and became the first known mascot in the club's history.
The club recently purchased a mini-replica strip and hope Corsham youngsters under the age of ten will follow in Thomas' footsteps at future home matches.
Manager Godley said: "It is all part of the club trying to get the local community involved with Corsham Town.
"Thomas was absolutely made up on Saturday. With the Chippenham game being off there were 150 there and it was a great day for him."
Corsham's first team squad were also wearing their new Vanitec Computers-sponsored warm-up tops for the first time before Saturday's match.
Said Godley: "Andy Russell, the MD at Vanitec, is involved with our youth set up and it's great to have someone like him on board.
"Andy's involvement from a physical time and financial point of view is genuinely very much appreciated. We got a great deal through the kit manufacturer and it suited everybody."
