AN investigation into Options Information Caf in Devizes was continuing as the Gazette went to press this week.
The charity lost £20,000 of National Lottery money staging a classical music concert in August which attracted only a handful of people.
A spokesman for The Community Fund formerly the National Lottery Charities Board said this week it could not say when a decision on whether it would continue to pay the £180,000 grant awarded to the charity would be made.
Options has closed its doors until a decision is made.
Entertainment company, the CBS Group, which supplied four of the concert acts says it is owed £4,347.
Director Russ Brewster said: "David Ellis (chairman of Options) assured us he had done everything right and The Community Fund would find in favour of him. We have not heard from him in three weeks and all we want is our money."
A notice on the premises in Station Road says following the decision by The Community Fund, Options will hold a public meeting to explain how the present circumstances came about.
