In his latest film, 51st State, Samuel L Jackson enjoyed some enviable car chases on the streets of Liverpool in a classic Jaguar XJ6 Series III with co-star Robert Carlyle.
Jaguar Cars transported the stars of the film to its London premiere in a fleet of Jaguar X-TYPES to celebrate the Halewood connection with Samuel L Jackson, sporting a kilt, finding the Jaguar XJR100 more fitting for his attire.
The film is set for release on December 7.
Our film reviewer Marion Langford said: "The Jaguar features in some of the most exciting car chase sequences on film although you may cringe at some of the scenes.
"But it's a super film all round and Samuel L Jackson is a mean mother in a kilt. Go and see it. I gave it eight out of 10."
