THREE Trowbridge men appeared in court charged with firing an air pistol on public ground.
Brothers Jonathan Lewis, 18, and Peter Lewis, 26, of Kingswood Chase and Scott Gevaux, 19, of Foxglove Drive admitted the firearms charge when they appeared in North West Wiltshire Magistrates Court on Thursday, December 6.
The men were caught by police officers firing an air pistol at lager cans on waste ground near Lambrok Road, close to an electricity sub-station.
They were all given two-year conditional discharges and ordered to pay £55 costs.
