THERE'S no place like home for Eric Sabin as he prepares to tackle Hereford United.
The French striker, pictured above, enjoyed his first taste of FA Cup action against Hartlepool last month and he cannot wait for a crack at round two.
Sabin believes home advantage is important, particularly as Town's away form has dipped of late.
He said: "It has not been too good for us away from the County Ground so the fact the game is at home is good for us.
"I must admit that I do not know much about Hereford, but the fact that they won against a league team in the last round must tell us something and that they will not play us with any fear.
"Hopefully, we will play well and get an important victory.
"I want to go as far in this competition as possible. Who knows how far that will be?"
Both Sabin's goals have come at the County Ground and he is hoping a heavily home-based December fixture list will allow him to net a few more.
Four of Town's next five games are at home and Sabin said: "I am looking forward to the games in December. I think I have yet to show the fans my best and the more matches I enjoy after the set back of my injury, then the sharper I will become."
