BRADFORD maintained their unbeaten record in the Dorset and Wilts North league with this narrow win over their promotion rivals.
Bradford chose the end with the wind and sun at their backs in the first half.
After an exchange of kicks, Supermarine's over eager backs gave away the first offside decision to enable Aiden Blowers to slot a 35-yard penalty after two minutes.
Supermarine's ploy was to counter-attack through high kicks, testing the catching and counter-attacking skills of full back Mark Roberts, whose runs resulted in the second Bradford penalty after Supermarine forwards went over the top.
Supermarine were unlucky not to have a try allowed when they touched down over the line, unseen by the referee. Eventually Bradford worked their way back to the half way line and were rewarded when Blowers kicked his third penalty.
Supermarine dominated the final 15 minutes but Bradford clung onto to their narrow lead.
