WITHIN 20 seconds of the starting whistle Rich Coleman ran the ball back to the opposition and carved through their defence, passing to Guy Barrett to score the first of eight tries from Westbury. In this often close fought game Westbury again started their dominance in the forwards and sustained pressure combined with superb interplay with the backs left the score at 24-13 at half-time.
The second-half saw the same pattern but North Dorset were allowed to score from untypical errors by the home side. This, combined with Westbury only having 14 men on the pitch for 30 minutes due to three sinbins, saw the strength of the whole team tested to the full. Westbury's final try came from a forced error due to the enormous pressure that North Dorset had to withstand.
