Calne secured a crucial 4-2 win in their relegation battle at Warminster.
Tim Jefferies gave Paul Rankin's struggling side a 1-0 half-time lead, before Lee Chalk and Mark Strickland made it three with goals just after the restart.
Player-boss Rankin grabbed Calne's fourth with a fine diving header on 73 minutes.
Late goals from Matt Carpenter and Jason Guy ensured a nervy climax, but the Bremhill View club held on to register their first win in 11 outings.
The victory also lifts Calne out of the Division One dropzone.
At the other end of the table, Corsham Town's promotion challenge is on the rack after a surprise 3-2 home defeat to mid-table Street.
Mark Godley's side twice came from behind with goals from Matt Pratley and John Freegard.
But sloppy defending cost Corsham dearly, and they had no response to Street's third strike.
Godley's men are now seven points behind table-topping Torrington.
In the Premier Division, Devizes Town slumped to a 2-1 defeat at Yeovil Town Reserves.
