Westbury Homes wants to build 31 homes, including six houses with garages, a public open space and access road on land at Butler's Court.

Planning officer Mike Napper said he was aware of flood problems experienced by residents nearby. Coun Christine Eatwell said "Some of their costs have run into thousands. Every year their houses are flooded.''
