One in 10 Britons wants to be able to access their bank at a time that suits rather than during normal working hours, a survey has revealed.
People are also far more likely to want faster service from their bank than they are an extensive range of products, according to Internet banking software group Corillian.
The group found that one in three people would like quicker service, compared with just one per cent who said they wanted a wider range of products.
About 14 per cent of the people questioned claimed they wanted easier access to financial information, while one in five said they wanted their bank to provide face-to-face financial advice.
