Thieves did not show any festive spirit when they stole a Christmas garland and the bulbs from Christmas lights lighting up two houses in Turpin Way.
The offence happened between 9pm last Tuesday and 8am the following morning. The lights and garland are valued at £72. Anyone with information should call Chippenham police on (01249) 654455.
