In respect of the quote, attributed to me, contained within this article, I should like readers to be aware that only a small portion was an actual quote given by me to a public relations company working on behalf of the architects.
This has since caused some misunderstanding.
The comments were made with regard to the new library building and were not intended to be linked to any other scheme by Aaron Evans Associates.
