CARE home employee Daniel Coadwell, who is charged with stealing £10 from a resident of the home, has opted for a trial at Swindon Crown Court.
Coadwell, 18, of Dicketts Road, Corsham, appeared before North Wiltshire magistrates in Chippenham on Monday.
He was charged with stealing £10 from a box belonging to resident at the Claremont Residential Home in Gastard Road, Corsham.
Coadwell, represented by Andrew Eddy, entered no plea but opted for a hearing at the Crown court.
He was released on unconditional bail and the case was adjourned until February 4 for listing.
