SODEXHO employee, Sally Clare and her catering team at Honda in Swindon, have been rewarded for working so well together.
They were presented with the Sodexho special team effort award at the firm's 2001 Gala Awards.
Sally, who has worked at Honda as a group manager for the past five years, received her award from celebrity chef Gary Rhodes in a ceremony at Lord's Cricket Ground.
David Ford, Sodexho chief executive, said: "This award goes to the team which has produced an exceptional result, producing food to high standards where there have been difficult and trying circumstances.
"Sally and her team represent the outstanding talent within Sodexho and merely reinforce something we already know that they are the finest."
Twenty-one winners received due acclaim within a variety of areas, including employee of the year, chef of the year and housekeeper of the Year.
The catering company's ceremony was attended by over 400 staff.
