I'D just like to take this opportunity to wish you all a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
It's been another turbulent 12 months at the County Ground.
It certainly seems to have flown by.
Terry Brady started the year as chairman but has now found the south coast more to his liking.
Andy King was in charge for the first game of the new year at Walsall but he too is long gone from the County Ground.
Roy Evans and Razor Ruddock arrived to spark new hope and results began to take a turn for the better.
But the spectre of disruption was never far away.
Danny Donegan and Ian Blatchley were forced out and the Willie Carson-led consortium took control.
They are now trying to get to grips with the club's finances but there are no promises of a 'happily ever after' scenario.
So what will 2002 bring? Let's hope some badly-needed stability.
Are you listening Santa?
