A DERELICT former warehouse just yards from Chippenham High Street is being turned into upmarket flats.
The grade II listed Courtyard, in Chapel Lane, will be restored and turned into seven apartments. New maisonettes and flats will be built alongside.
The development is housebuilder KingsOak South West's first scheme in Chippenham.
Company sales manager Mary Simpkins said: "The nature of this project, which includes the refurbishment and restoration of a grade II listed building, will ensure that the homes are particularly individual.
"The Courtyard will be of great interest to those who demand a character home."
