IVEL Barbarians took revenge for a thumping defeat at Wootton Bassett a few weeks ago by dishing out a 24-5 defeat to the Wiltshire side in their Southern Counties South clash.
Kuhn went over for a brace of tries with Evans adding one, Reeves kicking three penalties and a conversion.
For their part, Bassett had only a try from Beales to look back on with any satisfaction.
That left Bassett in mid-table as their Somerset opponents leap-frogged them into fifth.
The news was less good for Swindon College as they were handed a 79-0 thumping at third-of-the-table Bournemouth.
Corsham gave themselves some Christmas cheer as they defeated hosts Devizes 20-18 in a bottom-of-the-table clash.
