People are now heading to new council offices in Chippenham not just with planning and council tax queries but for a cup of coffee.
North Wiltshire District Council's new headquarters in Monkton Park includes a caf that is open to the public.
The caf, called Upper Crust, is run by Jarvis, the development company that built the new headquarters. A spokesman said: "It is proving very popular not just with staff, but with the general public as well."
