Swindon ran out convincing winners in their last league game of 2001, scoring eight tries in a 51-12 thrashing of Oxford.
The home side survived the loss of injured scrum-half Jimmer Courteney to turn around 15-7 in front, Chris Lawrence and Mat Seynaeve scoring and fly-half Adam Westhall adding a penalty and conversion.
After the break, Mark Buckingham ran in a hat-trick, Westhall two and Nathan Waite touched down.
