EXTROVERT hairdresser David Donegan received more than a few double-takes when he dressed up in drag for some festive fun.
David, 26, who works at Talk of the Town in Devizes Road, Old Town, said: "I think I had a few gents at the salon who thought 'she looks a bit tarty' until someone told them it was me.
"It was good fun, I had a lot of the ladies in hysterics in the afternoon."
Boss Simon Holmes said it has become a tradition for all the staff to dress up on Christmas Eve.
He said: "It's always a busy day with people popping in for last minute blow-drys and tidy-ups but we have a good laugh."
David discovered his talent for cross-dressing after donning a basque and suspenders to watch the Rocky Horror Show, the risqu audience participation musical.
He said: "I just do it for clubbing and going out at weekends and the more I do it the better I'm getting at it. I think I just like being the centre of attention."
