Workers believe their talents are not being used to the full because bosses often underestimate their abilities, according to a new report.
Managers were accused of being uninterested in finding out about the career hopes of their staff.
More than one in five of 1,000 people surveyed said they wanted more challenging work and believed they could play a bigger part in their organis-ation
