TIM Pap, co-founder and director general of the charity Shaw Trust, has become chairman of Wiltshire and Swindon Lifelong Learning Partnership.
Mr Pap co-founded the charity to provide rehabilitation, support and job matching for disadvantaged or disabled people, helping them to gain or get back into employment.
He is a member of the government's Advisory Committee for Disabled People in Employment and Training, a UK member of the EU Economic and Social Policy Committee and a member of Rehabilitation International.
