JAZZ music, side stalls and bright sunshine helped shoppers get in the mood for Bradford on Avon's Chamber of Commerce day on Saturday, March 24.
The promotional day was held to encourage townspeople and shoppers to support trading in the Saxon town.
Shoppers flocked to the town and many sat down and enjoyed a cup of coffee taking in the sounds of jazz musicians 4+1.
President of the Bradford on Avon Chamber of Commerce, David Gregory, said: "It was a tremendous day and businesses certainly seemed to benefit as there were a lot of people in the town.
"It was even more successful than the first Chamber of Commerce day we held last autumn."
The chamber has now decided to hold the event twice a year.
Mr Gregory said: "We are just making it up as we go along but it does seem to be getting better."
As well as the jazz musicians, people were able to enjoy a selection of stalls while children jumped up and down on a bouncy castle in Westbury Gardens.
Mr Gregory said: "There were two other events that were going on in the town as well that day: a train day at Bradford on Avon scout HQ and an antiques fair at St Margaret's Hall.
"These events, although they were nothing to do with us, also helped to encourage shoppers into the town."
The Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to setting up its next promotional day in the autumn.
