SWINDON people with severe mobility problems will next week be able to travel between Swindon, Heathrow, London and Bath on a scheduled coach service for the first time.
The town is involved in a trial London to Bath coach service for wheelchair users.
From Monday, National Express' wheelchair accessible London to Bath via Heathrow service will stop in Swindon.
Initially four of eight vehicles serving the route will be accessible but, by autumn, all will have wheelchair lifts.
Book by calling ringing the Additional Needs helpline on 0121 423 8497.
The first accessible bus will arrive in Swindon's bus station at 6.35am on Monday and the second will be at 11.35am.
