STUDENTS at Wiltshire College in Trowbridge are working on a project to develop fake seaweed.
The HNC plastics product design students are replicating kelp for seal and penguin habitats at Bristol Zoo.
Mark Kimpton, lecturer in Polymer Studies at the college, said: "The aim of the project is to create a realistic habitat for the animals."
