SCREWFIX: Melksham Town have tackled two of the top three in the Premier Division this month, and tomorrow they complete the set when they host champions Taunton Town.

The Somerset side have dominated the division in recent years, but have underachieved so far this term.

Nonetheless, Taunton remain in the title hunt and their form has picked up considerably since their elimination from the FA Vase last month.

Robbie Lardner knows his Melksham side have their work cut out, especially with the potential loss of two key figures.

Nick Tiley is struggling with a groin strain and Matty Bown has an ingrown toenail. Both are doubtful, and youngsters Dave Macey, Kevin Banks and Gordon Smith are all on County Youth duty.

Devizes Town look odds on for a seventh successive win when they host Elmore on Sunday. Brian Newlands' side have put together a fantastic run which has seen them rise from mid-table obscurity, to challengers for a top-three spot in the Premier Division.

Elmore started the season well enough, but one win in 11 points to a comfortable home win for Devizes.

Calne Town have a fantastic opportunity to climb out of the First Division's bottom two for the first time since the opening weeks of the season.

Paul Rankin's side entertain nearest rivals Minehead, who they currently trail by two points. Victory for Calne tomorrow will see the two clubs swap positions.

Calne will be without Rich Oldfield, Jamie Butler and Andy Kelly, but Rankin welcomes back Elliot Williams and Nicky Taylor.

Corsham Town's recent form can be described as mediocre at best. Five defeats in seven leaves Mark Godley's men languishing in midtable after a great start.

It doesn't look like getting any easier either. Corsham visit fifth-placed Shepton Mallet tomorrow.
