Swindon Supermarine boss John Murphy has major selection problems ahead of a game his side "can't afford to lose".
Marine host Evesham tomorrow, and Murphy will be without the services of five key first-team players for the second successive Saturday.
Lea James, Paul Donnelly, Peter Macklin and Marc Richards are all struggling with injuries, and defender Andy Jennings has work commitments.
So Murphy will be forced to play the cream of the club's Academy side in a bid to stave off Western Division relegation.
Youngsters Chris Hawkins, Tariq Hussain, Stuart Bellinger, Gary Smart and Liam Thompson are all poised to play a part tomorrow, and while Murphy has no doubt in their ability, the Marine boss does have concerns about how the youngsters will cope physically.
He said: "The youngsters we've drafted into the first team are very well coached, but they're playing against physically developed adults.
"The bridge can be gapped in the Hellenic League, but in the Dr Martens League, it's extremely hard to compete.
"Losing five important first team players at this stage of the season is a massive blow.
"Richards, Donnelly and Macklin may not play again this season and we've been working extremely hard to draft other players in, but at this stage of the season, it's impossible."
To increase the pressure on the Hunts Copse club, current safety benchmark Racing Club Warwick picked up a draw against Shepshed on Tuesday to double their one-point lead over Marine at the bottom of the table.
"Warwick getting a point against Shepshed was very disappointing, and it makes things harder for us," said Murphy.
"But we have to expect them to spring a few surprise results, so we have to do the same.
"I don't think we can afford to lose."
Marine (probable): Bull, Roper, Beaverstock, Dunton, Davies, Bellinger, Hawkins, Jones, Bennett, Giles, Hulbert
