A SWINDON voice will be broadcasting to the nation on Radio 2's Wake up to Wogan programme next week.
Fidelma Meehan, a member of the Bah' Faith, presents the first of a series of six Pause for Thoughts on the popular show, which attracts around one million listeners every morning.
Fidelma, who works as the Bah' projects co-ordinator in Swindon, has been writing and presenting scripts for the past four years on Radio 2's late night slots. She also presented five thoughts on Terry Wogan's programme last September and October.
The presentations focus on some of the key principles of the Bah' Faith such as the oneness of all religions, the unity of humanity and the independent investigation of truth.
The presentations will be broadcast at 9.15am on BBC Radio 2 on April 2, April 19, April 25, May 2 and May 9.
