EVEN professional models need to take time out of the public gaze to recharge the batteries and unwind.
So Sharon Maidment, Swindon's very own Diana Dors lookalike, was delighted to open Michael's Holistic Therapy Clinic.
The new centre, based in Cunninghams hairdressers, will provide a range of services, including massage, reflexology, aromatherapy.
Sharon Maidment, 25, said: "My hectic schedule is very exhausting. I'll definitely be popping in here to relax with a monthly aromatherapy session"
Michael Maidment, Sharon's father, has been a fully qualified holistic therapist for six years. Michael, from Wroughton, said: "People can be sceptical about alternative medicine. But when they try it, they discover the results can be quite miraculous."
"I'm really looking forward to helping people in Swindon chill out," he added.
Michael's treatment couch is downstairs, tucked away from the noisy bustle of town life. "It's a very relaxing environment that promises peace and tranquillity to all our customers."
