REGULARS at the Castle Inn, Castle Combe, are being given torches to help them find their way home in the dark after a few drinks.
Manager Mark Bullows took action after his calls for street lighting in the village were unsuccessful.
Mr Bullows said: "You cannot see your hand in front of your face at night, and people who park on the side of the road and walk to the pub take their life in their hands."
