Two people have been killed today in a 100-vehicle pile-up on the southbound M40 in Oxfordshire.
Thames Valley police said the accident happened at about 7am in thick fog when a motorcyclist and a van were in collision at Lewknor.
A spokesman for Thames Valley police said there were "many walking wounded".
