A FORMER manager of a Trowbridge mobile phone shop is facing a crown court trial after allegations that she indecently assaulted two women.
Abigail Dunn, 25, was the manager of the One to One shop in The Shires shopping centre, Trowbridge, during the time she is accused of indecently assaulting the women.
One of the indecency charges covers a six-month period where Dunn is accused of repeatedly indecently assaulting a woman in nightclubs and pubs around Westbury and Trowbridge.
Dunn appeared at North West Wiltshire Magistrates Court in Trowbridge on Thursday to answer three charges of indecent assault against two women over the age of 16.
Two of the charges relate to the same victim.
All the charges date back to between June and November last year.
The offences are alleged to have happened in a variety of pubs and nightclubs around west Wiltshire, including Reflections Nitespot and Trowbridge Rugby Club in Green Lane.
No pleas have been entered but Dunn, of Gloucester Road, Trowbridge, opted for a crown court trial despite magistrates agreeing to hear the case.
A spokesman for One to One said Dunn had been employed at the store during the time of the allegations but was no longer an employee.
Police launched an investigation after complaints were made against Dunn earlier this year.
She was arrested and charged with three counts of indecent assault on March 11.
Magistrates adjourned the case on Thursday for eight weeks.
Dunn will reappear at Trowbridge on May 16 for committal to Swindon Crown Court where she will face trial by jury.
She was released on unconditional bail.
