I am writing to express my anger and disappointment at not being able to buy a separate ticket for the train ride running outside Steam last weekend.
I could not believe it when I was told that in order for my son to enjoy a five-minute ride I had to pay the £6.50 entrance fee. Outrageous!
You may respond by saying that I should have planned my day, and taken my son in the morning. However, I only saw the advertisements whilst shopping at the outlet village and therefore didn't have the time.
If you are to attract extra business from people visiting the shopping centre, then you need to rethink and cater for passing trade, rather than closing the doors to families reacting to your advertising boards in the shopping centre.
I do hope that you will give my thoughts some consideration as I never want to experience my three-year-old child crying for two hours again!

Steam managing director Andrew Lovett said: "As a parent myself, I know what it is like.
"Obviously I am sorry that Mrs Crowley is upset. As far as her point about missing out on passing trade, we had about 2,600 visitors over the weekend, about three times more than we would normally expect.
"And there is evidence that a lot of the visitors did not initially plan to come along but saw our posters in the shopping centre."
