WEST Swindon library is the place to be on Thursday when a host of events will celebrate Swindon Library festival day.
Budding authors who want help with their debut bestseller can get a free one-to-one private session with accomplished writer Crysse Morrison. You can book a half-hour session by ringing (01793) 465555 before May 9.
At 2.15pm children's author and illustrator Korky Paul will be running a thrilling after-school session for children.
And from 4pm through to 7pm, staff from the Games Work-shop will stage a fantasy war game, described as an epic journey into the unknown.
Readers who are finding it hard to find inspiration can find out new ways of choosing lots of exciting books.
There will be lots else to do besides, including a jubilee quiz, displays and an arts exhibition.
